水通道蛋白在肝胆系统中的生理学研究进展

The research progress in the physiology of aquaporins in the hepatobiliary system

水通道蛋白(AQP)是一组对水有高选择性的细胞跨膜转运蛋白,在肝胆系统表达最多。AQP在胆汁分泌和再吸收、饥饿状态下肝细胞的糖异生以及肝细胞对血浆甘油的再摄取等大量细胞生理功能发挥着重要的作用。现将AQP在肝胆系统中的生理学研究进展作一综述。

Aquaporins（AQP） is integral membrane channel proteins with highly selective for water.Of note,many kinds of AQP are expressed in the liver,bile ducts and gallbladder.AQP is essential for bile secretion and reabsorption,plasma glycerol uptake by the hepatocyte and the conversion to glucose during starvation.Now the progress of physiological research about the AQP in the the hepatobiliary system is reviewed.
