摘要
多功能烟气处理装置是一种可同时解决中小型锅炉热效率低下和环境污染问题的新装置。在对多功能烟气处理装置基本原理和特点进行介绍的基础上 ,利用 3 0 0 0 m3 / h试验系统对装置的阻力、除尘、传热和脱硫特性进行了研究。试验发现 ,多功能烟气处理装置的阻力损失为 617.8~ 794.3 Pa,对于平均粒径 0 .0 63 9mm的电厂灰分离效率可达 82 %~ 92 % ,传热效果是普通空气预热器的 1.6~ 2 .7倍 ,可提高锅炉效率 4% ,烟气处理系统脱硫效率可达
Multi function cleaner is a nw type equipment to solve the problems of lower thermal efficiency and air pollution for small and mid industrial boilers Based on introduction for foundation principle and characteristics of multi function flue gas cleaner, experiment researhes are performed by 3 000 m\+3/h scale experimental system Experiment researches shown that, pressure drop is 617 8~794 3 Pa in multi function cleaner, dusting efficient can reach to 82%~92% for 0 0639 mm size particles, heat transfer coefficient is 1 6~2 7 times of conventional air heater, boiler thermal efficiency can increase 4% and desulfurization efficiency is 73% The above results indicate that the multi function flue gas cleaner can satisfy the needs of saving energy and protection environment for industrial boiler
