广州蓄能水电厂结合本厂实际，引进法国电力公司设备维修管理经验，形成了一套适合于减人增效，提高劳动生产率和设备维修质量的ＡＢＣ制度，在生产实践中发挥了很好的作用。在此，叙述了如何用ＡＢＣ制度对电厂设备维护和检修进行标准化、规范化、制度化的科学管理，以避免部分较高检修技术只有少数人掌握的弊端，并对ＡＢＣ制度的定义、编码原则、建立过程和实施方法进行了详细的描述。该方法正拟在广东省发供电企业逐步推广。

Based on the experience of Electricite de France (EDF), an ABC system is established in Guangzhou Pumped- storage Power Station, which provides standardized management on maintenance and repairs of power plant apparatus and has achieved good effect. The definition of ABC, the coding principle, establishing process and implementation method of the system are described in detail. This system is to be spread step by step in power generating and supplying enterprises of Guangdong Province.
