替硝唑口腔缓释膜的制备及临床应用

目的:了解并掌握硝唑牙用缓释膜研制并对临床效果进行观察。方法:按照一般传统膜剂制备方法并利用紫外分光光度进行含量控制。结果:空腔牙周病患者使用该药膜治疗,经过3次左右用药,牙周炎患者的治愈率达89.6%以上,有效率达94.3%。结论:替硝唑具有缓释长效特点,有效减轻了口服给药引起的副作用且临床治疗效果较好。

Conclusion the tinidazole has slow release characteristics, effectively reducing the adverse effects caused by oral administration and the curative effect was better.
