阿德利尔虹鳟染色体组型分析

Study on the karyotype of rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss adelie)

选用蒸汽固定法对阿德利尔虹鳟的染色体核型进行了研究。结果表明:阿德利尔虹鳟具有染色体60条,中部着丝点染色体(m)20对,亚中部着丝点染色体(sm)2对,端部着丝点染色体(t)8对,核型公式为:2n=4sm+40m+16t,NF=104。未发现异形染色体。

The karyotype of rainbow trout （Oncorhynchus mykiss adelie ）was studied by the method of steam fixed. The results showed that： Adelie rainbow trouts have 60 chromosomes, including metacentric chromosomes （m） 20 pairs, submetacentric chromosomes （SM）2 pairs, telocentric chromosomes （T）8 pairs. The karyotype formula is：2 n = 4 sm ＋ 40 m ＋ 16 t,NF = 104. The heteromorphic chromosomes are not found.
