摘要 为解决预装式变电站空间小、电磁干扰大、监测的信号多等问题,将无线传感器网络(WSN)技术应用于预装式变电站监测系统中。采用高性能、低功耗的JN5139作为主处理器芯片,构建了高压室、变压器室和低压室传感器节点、高压柜触头温度传感器节点、路由节点;采用微控制器LPC2210和以太网控制器RTL8019AS构建了协调器节点;采用ZigBee无线传感技术组成了预装式变电站监测系统。采用非阻塞的设计方法设计了传感器节点软件,减少了CPU等待时间,大大提高了CPU的利用率,节省了时间;协调器节点软件采用UDP方式接收数据,提高了效率。最后,给出了传感器节点实验结果。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现低成本连续在线监测,所设计的传感器节点具有功耗低、性能稳定等特点,保障了变电站设备的安全运行。 In order to solve the problems of prefabricated substation, such as small space, strong electromagnetic interference and more monitoring signals, wireless sensor network (WSN) technology was used in prefabricated substation monitoring system. High performance and low-powered JN5139 Was adopted as the main processor chip. The sensor nodes of high-voltage room, transformer room,low-voltage room, high-voltage cabinet contact temperature sensor and router were built. The coordinator node was constructed by microcontroller LPC2210 and ethernet controller RTL8019AS. Prefabricated substation monitoring system was composed by ZigBee wireless sensors. The noh-blocking design was used in sensor node software to reduce CPU latency time and improve CPU utilization. In order to increase efficiency, the UDP method to receive data was used in coordinator node software. The experimental results of sensor nodes were given, which show that low cost continuous online monitoring is achieved and the sensor nodes are low powered and stable, thus safe operation of substation equipment is guaranteed.
