ICU病房29株铜绿假单胞菌的耐药表型及基因型分析 被引量:1

Drug-resistant phenotypes and genotypes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from intensive care unit

摘要 目的探讨ICU铜绿假单胞菌(PA)耐药表型及基因型特征。方法采用K-B法测定29株PA对15种抗生素的药敏结果。用PCR检测21种耐药基因,分析从ICU分离的29株PA的耐药表型及其基因型。结果 29株PA对15种抗生素的耐药率都较高。其中,对比阿培南、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星的耐药率分别为27.59%、51.72%、55.17%,对其他常用抗生素的耐药率均在60.00%以上。29株PA耐药基因阳性率较高的有aac(6′)-Ⅱ、ant(3″)-Ⅰ、qacE△1-sul1及intⅠ1,阳性率分别为79.31%、72.41%、75.86%及51.72%。结论该组PA携带多种耐药基因;其耐药主要与Ⅰ类整合子、aac(6′)-Ⅱ、ant(3″)-Ⅰ有关。 Objective To investigate the drug-resistant phenotypes and genotypes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) isolated from intensive care unit (ICU). Methods Antimicrobial susceptibilities were evaluated by disk diffusion test(K-B method) in twenty-nine isolates of PA isolated from ICU. Twenty-one related drug-resistant genes were examined by PCR method. The resistant phenotypes and genotypes of PA were analyzed. Results Results of susceptiblity tests showed that twenty-nine isolates of PA were highly resistant to fifteen antibiotics. The resistant rates of 29 PA strains to biapenem, levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin were 27. 59%, 51.72% and 55.17%, respectively. The resistant rates to other antibiotics commonly used were all above 60. 00%. The high positive rates of resistant genes aac (6')- Ⅱ, ant (3")- Ⅰ , qacE△ 1-sull and int Ⅰ1 were 79.31 %, 72. 41% ,75. 86% and 51.72%, respectively. Conclusion PA isolated from the ICU carries several kinds of resistant genes. The resistance to antibiotics is mainly related with class 1 integron genes, aac (61)-H and ant(3")- 1 genes.
