摘要
目的探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)在HCV感染者病程不同阶段的表达及其意义。方法收集非活动性HCV感染33例(A组)、活动性HCV感染32例(B组)、慢性丙型肝炎56例(C组)、HCV相关性肝硬化47例(D组)、HCV相关性肝癌45例(E组)和健康对照者60例(F组),采用流式细胞术检测外周血CD4+T细胞中CD4+CD25+Treg的表达频率,并进行统计学分析。结果 B、C、D、E组外周血CD4+T细胞中CD4+CD25+Treg的表达频率均明显高于F组(P<0.01)。组间比较,A组患者外周血的CD4+CD25+Treg细胞表达频率明显低于B、C、D、E组(P<0.01),D、E组表达频率明显高于B、C组(P<0.01)。结论 HCV感染导致CD4+CD25+Treg细胞的增殖与活化,使机体对其的免疫清除不完全,从而促进HCV感染者疾病的进展和肝癌的发生。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T(Treg) cells in the patients with hepatitis C in different courses. Metheds With flow cytometry, the frequencies of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cells in peripheral blood were measured in 33 patients with inactive hepatitis C(group A), 32 patients with reactiveness hepatitis C(group B), 56 patients with chronic hepatitis C(group C),47 patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis from HCV(group D), 45 patients with hepatoma from HCV(group E) and 60 healthy controls(group F). The expression differences of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cells among 6 groups were analyzed. Results The expression frequency of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cells was higher in groups of B,C,D and E than that in group F(P〈0. 01) ,which was lower in group A than that in groups of B, C, D and E(P〈0. 01), and was higher in groups of D and E than that in groups of B and C(P〈0. 01). Conclusion The proliferation and activation of CIM+ CD25+ Treg cells induced by HCV infection makes the immunological clearance incomplete, which may promote the progression of heigatitis c and occurrence of hepatic cancer.
