自制冲洗负压吸引引流管在直肠癌前切除术中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 术后吻合口瘘是直肠癌前切除术后常见且严重的并发症，术后骶前积聚的渗液或渗血，使吻合口较长浸泡于渗出液中而继发感染致被认为是导致吻合口瘘发生的常见原因[1]。我们在109例直肠癌前切除的患者应用自制冲洗负压吸引引流管实施骶前引流，收到良好效果。
