多电极射频消融治疗老年肝癌患者临床观察

Clinical observation for Radiofrequency ablation(RFA) treatment of elderly patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

目的:探讨多电极射频消融治疗老年肝癌患者的安全性及有效性。方法:回顾性分析458例进行射频消融治疗的患者,分成两组,A组233例(年龄<65岁),B组225例(年龄≥70岁);比较两组并发症的发生率及2年生存率和3年生存率。结果:两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组2年与3年生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多电极射频消融治疗老年肝癌患者是安全、有效的。

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy for Radiofrequency ablation treatment of elderly patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Method Clinical data of 458 cases of Radiofrequency ablation treatment of elderly patients with hepatocellular carcinoma from 2004 to 2009 were reviewed retrospectively.Divided into two groups,A group was 233 cases（younger than 65 years of age） B group was 225 cases（age greater than or equal to 70 years）.Compared the incidence of complications and two-year survival rate and three-year survival rate.Results The complication rate of the two groups were not significantly different（P0.05）,2-year and 3 year survival rate of the two groups were not significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion IT is safe and effective to Radiofrequency ablationtreatment treatment of elderly patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
