应用BiPAP呼吸机有创通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of curing ARDS by BiPAP ventilator of invasive mechanical ventilation

目的:探讨应用BiPAP呼吸机有创通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床疗效。方法:分析80例ARDS患者临床资料,通过BiPAP呼吸机有创通气治疗。结果:ARDS患者机械通气24 h后动脉血气分析,心率较治疗前、治疗后2 h均有明显的改善,同时机械通气后生活质量和身心状态评估均优于机械通气前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用Bi-PAP呼吸机有创通气治疗ARDS患者血气分析和心率均得到明显改善,生活质量和身心状态得到明显提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach the curative effect of curing ARDS by BiPAP ventilator of invasive mechanical ventilation.Method We analyzed clinical data of 80 cases of ARDS patients,which were curing by BiPAP ventilator of invasive mechanical ventilation.Results The arterial blood gas analysis,heart rate of ARDS patients by BiPAP ventilator of Invasive mechanical ventilation of mechanical ventilation after 24h were better than before treatment,treatment after 24 h,then the quality of life and mental state assessment after mechanical ventilation were better than before mechanical ventilation,P0.05,there were significant differences.Conclusion The blood gas analysis and heart rate of ARDS patients who get application of BiPAP ventilator invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment improve obviously,and quality of life and mental status improve obviously,which is worthy of using.
