浅析下颌骨粉碎性骨折的围手术期呼吸道管理方法

Management of respiratory tract in mandibular comminuted fractures during perioperative period

目的:探讨下颌骨粉碎性骨折围手术期呼吸道管理的方法。方法:对114例下颌骨粉碎性骨折患者做好围手术期呼吸道管理。术前密切观察有无呼吸困难、窒息等情况,术后评估切口渗血及呼吸道通畅等,出现异常及时处理。结果:经过有效治疗与护理干预,呼吸困难全部及时得以改善。结论:围手术期有效的呼吸道管理是保证患者顺利康复的关键。

Objective To discuss the management of respiratory tract in mandibular comminuted fractures during perloperative period. Method 114 patients of mandibular comminuted fractures were on a proper management of respiratory tract in perioperative period. Dyspnea and asphyxia et al were cautiously observed before operation, and treatment was immediately administrated when bleeding or airway obstruction after surgery. Results Dyspnea and asphyxia were totally solved through effective nursing and prompt therepies. Conclusion Efficacious management for respiratory tract is considerably vital for recovery of patients suffering from mandibular corn- minuted fractures.
