VEGF-C与NF-_κB在乳腺癌中的表达 被引量:2

Experessions of VEGF-C and NF-_κB in breast cancer

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)与真核细胞核转录因子B(NF-κB)在乳腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测VEGF-C与NF-κB在59例乳腺癌、17例乳腺导管内癌及20例正常乳腺组织中的表达,并分析其与乳腺癌临床病理因素和患者生存期的关系。结果 VEGF-C和NF-κB在乳腺癌、乳腺导管内癌、正常乳腺组织中阳性表达率有明显差异(71.2%、47.1%、0和62.7%、41.2%、10.0%)(P<0.01)。VEGF-C与NF-κB阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.283,P<0.05)。VEGF-C阳性表达率与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(P<0.05);而NF-κB阳性表达率与组织学分级、淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。VEGF-C、NF-κB阳性表达患者的5年生存率较阴性表达患者低。结论 VEGF-C与NF-κB的阳性表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关,可作为判断预后的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) in the development and progression of breast cancer. Methods The expressions of VEGF-C and NF-kB were detected by immunohistochemistry assay in 59 cases of breast cancer, 17 cases of breast intraductal carcinoma and 20 cases of tumor-adjacent normal tissues. The relationship between the expressions of VEGF-C and NF-kB and the clinicopathological features and survival rate was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of VEGF-C and NF-kB were significantly different among breast cancer, breast intraductal carcinoma and tumor-adjacent normal tissues(71.2%, 47.1 % ,0 and 62.7o/00,41.2%, 10.0%, respectively) (P〈0.01). There was a positive correlation between VEGF-C and NF-kB (r=0. 283, P〈0. 05). The positive expression rate of VFA3F-C was closely related with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P〈0.05), while NF-~B was related with histology stage and lymph node metastasis(P〈0. 05). Moreover, the 5-year survival rate in patients with positive expressions of VEGF-C and NF-kB was lower than that in patients with negative expressions. Conclusion The positive expressions of VEGF-C and NF-kB are closely correlated with lymph node metastasis and may be the potential makers for predicting the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.
