自体肌肉游离移植后血管再生的实验研究

摘要 本文通过大体解剖、组织学及电镜等方法研究了兔肌移植后血管再生过程。移植后7天,毛细血管从受区长入移植肌,并与肌肉内原有血管相沟通。此时移植肌中心区外侧可见毛细血管再生。随着时间的推移,移植肌成活,中心坏死区缩小纤维化,肌容积不断扩大。这些变化与血管再生有着密切关系。实验证明血管再生是移植肌成活的关键。 The process of revascularization of denervated muscle in 41 rabbits has been studied by gross observation, histolgical and electronic microscope survey. This study shows that during the first day after transplantation the muscle is entirely avascularized. It consists of thin peripheral zone of surviving muscle fibers and large central area of severe ischenic muscle. Part of the endothelial cells of the original blood vessels are destroyed. Revascularization from the surrounding tissues is began on the 7th day after grafting. Scattered capillaries begin to grow into graft and a fairly normal relationship between new capillaries and original vessles is established. On the 120th~240th days after transplanta(?)ion the musclefib ers and revascularized vessels recover to normal. The vasculature of the mature graft includes elements from the 'new' and reutilized original blood vessels.
