玉屏风散加味联合苯海拉明自血疗法治疗皮肤划痕症的意向性和安全性分析

Intention and safety analysis of dermatographism treated with Yupingfeng san modified combined with benadryl auto-blood therapy

目的观察玉屏风散加味联合苯海拉明自血疗法治疗皮肤划痕症的疗效及安全性。方法 102例患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组51例。治疗组采用玉屏风散加味联合苯海拉明自血疗法,对照组口服酮替芬、氯雷他定。疗程12周,观察两组治疗前后皮损变化及不良反应情况,据此进行意向性治疗分析。结果治疗组有效率为86.27%,对照组为68.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散加味联合苯海拉明自血疗法治疗皮肤划痕症有效、安全。

Objective To observe the therapeutic and side effects of Yupingfeng san modified combined with benadryl auto-blood therapy on treating dermatographism. Methods A total of 102 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.Both group contains 51 cases.The patients in treatment group received Yupingfeng san modified combined with benadryl auto-blood therapy while the control group received oral ketotifen and loratadine。 Curative effects and side effects were evaluated in both groups after a 12-week course of treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.27%,while 68.63% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of Yupingfeng san modified combined with benadryl auto-blood therapy is effective and safe to dermatographism.
