惠东地区产ESBLs大肠埃希菌中TEM型β-内酰胺酶临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨惠东地区产ESBLs大肠埃希菌中TEM型β-内酰胺酶分型、耐药性及基因突变类型。方法收集86例产ESBLs大肠埃希菌菌株,分析其基因类型;对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌TEM型进行耐药试验及基因突变类型的相关检测。结果 86例产ESBLs大肠埃希菌菌株中,TEM基因型49株(57.0%),SHV基因型16株(18.6%),CTX-M基因型21株(24.4%);TEM分型主要有TEM-1、TEM-2、TEM-105、TEM-116和TEM-128,其中TEM-1和TEM-2型例数最多,分别为18例和17例;TEM基因突变类型主要为缺失和碱基置换;产ESBLs大肠埃希菌菌株TEM型仅对亚胺培南/西司他丁和美罗培南敏感。结论探讨惠东地区产ESBLs大肠埃希菌基因突变分型及药敏试验对抗菌药物的选择具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the classification,drug resistance and gene mutations of Escherichia coli with TEM of ESBLs in Huidong District. Methods 86 strains of Escherichia coli with ESBLs producing were collected and were used for gene classification. Drug resistance and gene mutations of Escherichia coli with TME of ESBLs were evaluated. Results There were 49 strains of TEM (57.0% ),16 strains of SHV (18.6% ),and 21 strains of CTX-M (24.4% ) of Escherichia coli with ESBLs producing. The major mutation gene models were base replacement and deletion. Only imipenem/cilastatin and meropenem were sensitive to all strains of Escherichia coli with TEM of ESBLs. Conclusion Investigating the gene mutation classification of Escherichia coli with ESBLs producing and drug resistance test in HuiDong district was clinically valuable to the antibiotic selection.
