辛伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗混合型高脂血症的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect on the simvastatin and amlodipine treatment for combined hyperlipidemia familial

目的探讨辛伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗混合型高脂血症的临床效果。方法将106例混合型高脂血症患者随机分为两组,对照组53例给予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组53例在对照组治疗的基础上加用氨氯地平治疗。两组8周为1个疗程,观察两组治疗前后血脂变化和不良反应。结果两组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯均较治疗前下降,观察组的三者下降更为显著,并伴高密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高(P<0.05);不良反应发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论辛伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗混合型高脂血症具有较好的调脂作用,安全可靠、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the simvastatin and amlodipine treatment for combined hyperlipidemia familial. Methods 106 patients with combined hyperlipidemia familial were divided into two groups,53 patients in the control group were treated by simvastatin,the other 53 patients in the observation group were treated by amlodipine on the basis of the control group,8 weeks for one course,and then observed the blood-lipid change and untoward effect after and before treatment in two groups. Results The total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterin and triglycercide were all changed more than before treatment,the observation group was more notable than the control group,and the high density lipoprotein-cholesterol was raised（P 0.05）.The untoward effect was no different statistical significance in two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion The simvastatin combined with amlodipine treats the combined hyperlipoidemia familial, which can modulate the blood-lipid,it is safe and reliable,best efficiency and worth spreading and applicating in clinical.
