水动力辅助吸脂技术在自体脂肪移植隆乳术中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察水动力辅助吸脂技术在自体脂肪移植隆乳术中应用的临床疗效。方法自2011年3月至2011年6月,对48例要求隆乳治疗的求美者,分别用水动力辅助吸脂仪抽取脂肪组织,用脂肪注射针通过乳腺外下象限的小口放射状注射到乳腺和胸大肌之间,采用多层次注射以增加脂肪颗粒与受区组织的接触面积。结果本组48例求美者,术后随访6~10个月,满意率80%,无严重不良反应发生。结论水动力辅助吸脂技术在自体脂肪移植隆乳术中应用安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of water jet assisted liposuction on augmentation mammaplasty by autologous fat graft. Methods From March 2011 to June 2011, totally 48 patients received augmentation mammaplasty by transplantation of autologous fat granule, which harvested by water jet assisted li- posuction. The fat granule was injected at the layer between the mammary gland and major pectoralis muscle through multiple tunnel and level. Results After 6 to 10 months follow-up, satisfactory outcome was received at a rate of 80% without severe complications. Conclusion It is a safe and effective technique of breast aug- mentation by lipotransfer with autologous fat granule harvested from water jet assisted liposuction, and it is worth spreading in clinic.
