Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation for refractory glaucoma

目的观察Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效。方法回顾分析行Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术的难治性青光眼22例,随访10～26个月,分析术后视力、眼压变化及并发症。结果术后视力提高和不变者占81.8%,眼压由术前的(40.4±12.0)mmHg降至术后的(17.1±7.3)mmHg,手术成功率为86.4%。手术早期的并发症主要为浅前房、低眼压、前房出血,中远期并发症为引流阀周围包裹瘢痕增生。结论 Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼安全、有效。

Objective To observe the effect of the Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation for the treatment of refractory glaucoma. Method The data of 22 patients with refractory glaucoma who underwent Ahmed glaucoma valve im- plantation were retrospectively analyzed. In a follow-up for 10 to 26 months, the visual acuity, intraocular pressure and complications were observed. Result The visual acuity was improved or remained unchanged in 81.8%. The intraocular pressure was declined from （40.4 _＋ 12.0 ） mmHg before operation to （17.1 _＋ 7.3 ） mmHg after opera- tion. The surgery success rate was 86.4%. The main surgical complications in early stage were shallow anterior chamber, hypotony and hyphema. The complication in medium and long stage was scar formation around the drain- age valve. Conclusion Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation is safe and effective in treatment of refractory glaucoma.
