广州地区糖尿病患者牙周炎症程度对血清超敏C反应蛋白水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析广州地区糖尿病患者牙周炎症严重程度对血清超敏C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法对123名糖尿病伴牙周炎患者,145名慢性牙周炎患者进行全口牙周检查,记录PD和AL,并检测其血清hs-CRP水平。结果糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎组血清hs-CRP水平以及PD显著高于慢性牙周炎组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病能够使血清hs-CRP水平升高,可能会加重牙周炎症程度。 Objective To analyze the effect of periodontal inflammatory on the level of hs-CRP in diabetes patients with periodontitis of Guangzhou area.Methods All of participants,123 cases of diabetes patients with chronic periodontitis and 145 cases of chronic periodontitis,were asked to complete full-mouth periodontal assessment and blood sample analysis.Periodontal examinations,including probing depth,bleeding on probing,clinical attachment level,were recorded.The level of hs-CRP was measured.Results The level of hs-CRP and PD in diabetes with chronic periodontitis group was higher than chronic periodontitis group,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Periodontal inflammatory may rise the level of fasting blood sugar in type 2 diabetes with chronic periodontitis patients.
