摘要
目的探讨胆木总生物碱的提取分离方法。方法采用单因素考察法,对提取溶剂、提取时间、提取方法、提取溶液浓度及物料比进行考察。结果最终确定提取工艺为:70%乙醇回流40min,料液比为100∶1,提取率4.17%。结论该方法分离总生物碱是一种经济简便、效率较高的方法。
Objective To establish a method for the extraction,separation of the total alkaloids from Nauclea officinalis.Methods Using single factor method to investigate the extraction solvent,extraction time,extraction method,concentration of the solution and so on.Results The extraction process as follows：70% ethanol backward flowing for 40 minutes,liquid ratio is 100 ∶ 1.The extraction rate is 4.17%.Conclusion The methods of extraction of alkaloids with alcohol are economy,convenient and highly efficient.
