复方苦参乳剂的制备及应用

Preparation and application of compound Kushen emulsion

目的探讨复方苦参乳剂的制取方法以及用其治疗湿疹的疗效。方法运用现代制药工艺制取复方苦参乳剂,进行制剂质量评定,临床运用于湿疹患者,观察用药疗效和用药安全。结果本乳剂各药物成分搭配合理,具有良好稳定性和保湿效果,临床上对湿疹患者的治疗总有效率达到88.2%。结论复方苦参乳剂制取方法简便,运用于临床湿疹治疗,效果明确,安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the preparation method and chlinical efficacy of compound Kushen emulsion in treatment for eczema.Methods The compound Kushen emulsion were prepared by using the modern pharmaceutical technology,and applicated in patients with eczema.The emulsion quality was evaluated.The efficacy and safety of medication were observated.Results The each ingredients of compound Kushen emulsion were reasonably collocated.The emulsion had good stability and moisturizing effect.In the clinical,the total effective rate of treatment for eczema was 88.2%.Conclusion The compound Kushen emulsion,of which the preparation method is simple and convenient,could be applicated on treatment for eczema,and that effect was explicit and secure.
