目的药师参与临床治疗,确定药物在整体治疗中的地位以及和其他治疗手段之间的关系,为今后临床药师开展相关疾病的药学服务提供参考。方法总结临床药师全程参与1例颈深间隙感染的药物治疗过程。结果该患者先后经过手术介入、抗菌药物治疗,临床药师在病情变化时提出治疗建议,经过医生、护士、药师的共同努力,患者痊愈。结论临床药师应积极配合医生参与临床治疗,实现药师价值,保证患者用药安全、有效、经济、合理。
