胰岛素样生长因子系统在肝细胞癌中的作用 被引量：3

摘要 肝细胞癌的发生、发展与多种生长因子密切相关，单纯手术切除的3年复发率〉50％。胰岛素样生长因子（IGFs）及其受体（IGF-1R）与肿瘤的关系是近年研究的热点。研究表明，IGFs是促肿瘤生长因子，其活性主要通过其受体IGF-1R介导，且IGF-1R在许多恶性肿瘤中表达上调。
