带筋膜的肌腱移植修复屈指肌腱缺损的实验研究

摘要 为探索“无人区”屈指肌腱严重损伤的修复方法,我们以鸡爪为模型,设计了移植肌腱的同时移植筋膜修复腱鞘,并辅以术后早期活动的方法进行实验研究。通过移植腱组织学的观察及其滑动功能、抗张强度的检测,结果表明腱移修复及术后早期活动能明显改善移植腱的愈合及功能,而鞘缺失和术后制动则易引起移植腱的粘连,且不利于其愈合。 In order to explore the treatment methods of the injured frexor tendon in 'no man's land', we used chicken's toe as the expermental model and transplanted tendon with its surrounding fascia to repair the defective profoundus tendon and sheath. Postoperatively, the animals were divided into motion and immobilization groups. Observaing the pathological changes under light and objective or electronic microscope, we found that early postoperative motion promoted the proliferation of repair cells and reduced adhesion. Excursions of the injured or transplanted tendon in the sheath repairing or mobilization group were better than in the sheath defect or immobilization group. Mechanical property of the grafted tendons provided the same difference.
