摘要
目的探讨术连饮调节胃动力的最佳配伍比例及其可能的作用机制。方法采用大鼠胃电节律失常模型,以葡聚糖蓝-2000为胃肠内标记物,测定各组大鼠胃内色素相对残留率。应用放免法测定血浆P物质(SP)、生长抑素(SS)含量。结果模型组大鼠胃内色素相对残留率显著增加(P<0.01),血浆SP含量明显降低(P<0.01)、SS含量明显升高(P<0.01)。白术、黄连不同配伍比例组均能显著降低模型大鼠胃内色素相对残留率,促进胃排空(P<0.01),且优于单味白术与黄连(P<0.05)。术连4:1组能够明显增加血浆SP含量,显著降低SS水平(P<0.05)。结论术连饮调节胃动力的最佳配伍比例是4:1,术连饮可能通过提高血浆SP含量,降低SS水平,促进胃动力,达到治疗FD的目的 。
Objective To investigate the best prescribed proportion of zhulian yin(ZY)for stomach dynamia and the mechanism.Methods The rat model of electrogastric dysrhythmias was used.The changes of relative remains of intragastric dye were assayed by Dextran blue-2000 being as an indicator.Changes in substance P(SP),somatostatin(SS)contents in peripheral blood were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results Compared with the normal control group,the relative remains of intra-gastric dye markedly elevated(P 0.01),the plasma SP of FD rats was decreased significantly and the SS level elevated significantly(P 0.01).Different proportions,that are 1:1 and 4:1 in the compatibility of Baizhu and Huanglian,have the function to promote gastric emptying and this function is superior to that of using single drug(P 0.05).The plasma SP of ZY 4:1 groups was significantly higher and the SS level significantly lower(P 0.05).Conclusion The best prescribed proportion of ZY was 4:1 for stomach dynamia.The therapeutic mechanism of ZY might be involved in the modulation of stomach dynamia via regulating the levels of SP and SS.
