磁共振扩散加权成像在超急性脑出血与超急性脑梗死鉴别诊断中的价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨磁共振扩散加权成像在超急性脑出血与超急性脑梗死鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析对临床症状出现6h以内的超急性脑出血与超急性脑梗死患者各30例,二者DWI、ADC所有图像汇集PACS工作站,进行盲法分析,分析范围包括病灶信号特征、病灶周围信号情况及病变的形态、分布。结果超急性脑出血与超急性脑梗死的DWI、ADC图像特征存在明显差异。结论 DWI、ADC能提高超急性脑出血与超急性脑梗死的诊断正确率。 Objective To analyze the value of magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging in the differential diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral hemorrhage and hyperacute cerebral infarction.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical symptoms of hyperacute cerebral hemorrhage and hyperacute cerebral infarction within 6 hours while each contained 30 cases.All the images of DWI and ADC were brought together to PACS workstation for blind analysis,including the signal characteristics of the lesion and the signal,morphology and distribution around the lesion.Results There were significant differences between DWI and ADC imaging according to hyperacute cerebral hemorrhage and hyperacute cerebral infarction.Conclusion DWI and ADC can improve the diagnostic accuracy of hyperacute cerebral hemorrhage and hyperacute cerebral infarction.
