金黄色葡萄球菌鉴别方法探讨

The identification method of Staphylococcus aureus

目的探讨金黄色葡萄球菌的检验方法,提高金黄色葡萄球菌的鉴定准确率。方法本研究针对金黄色葡萄球菌的特异性、敏感性、准确性进行研究,比较该方法与传统国标法的检测结果。结果在传统国标法上增加APIStaph鉴定试条试验,检测结果与国标法的显示阳性的检测结果相一致。结论此方法可对似阳非阳的结果进行判定,甚至对假阴性进行修正,防止漏检,明显提高了金葡菌的检出水平和准确性,对日常的检验工作具有很现实的指导意义,值得推广。

Objective To probe into the test methods of Staphylococcus aureus and improve Staphylococcus aureus identification accuracy.Methods This experiment was aimed at researching the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of Staphylococcus aureus and compares the test results of this approach with that of the traditional national standard method.Results API Staph identification cards are increased in the traditional national standard method.The test results are the same as that of national standard method,which shows positive.Conclusion The results of unclear positive can be judged by this method,even the false negative can be revised to prevent undetection.Thus obviously improves the detection level and accuracy of Staphylococcus aureus.It has practical guiding significance on the daily inspection work,and is worthy to be popularized.
