摘要
时间管理具有促进员工有效利用工作时间、提高工作效率、激发员工事业心的作用,对社区护士合理安排自己的工作具有十分重要的意义。本资料分析了社区护士在时间管理方面存在的问题和原因,结合社区护理工作的实际情况,探索提高社区护士时间管理水平的对策,旨在为提高社区护士的工作质量和工作效率提供参考。
Time management has the function of promoting to use work time effectively,improving work efficiency,and stimulating enterprising spirit for employees.It has very vital significance for community nurse to arrange work time.This paper analyzed the questions and reasons of community nurses in time management combining with the actual situations of community nursing work,and explored countermeasures to enhance time management level of community nurse.And aimed to provide the reference to improve the quality of work and working efficiency of community nurse.
