综合治疗妇产科尿潴留临床分析

Comprehensive treatment of obstetrics and gynecology clinical analysis of urinary retention

目的探讨妇产科尿潴留的原因及治疗。方法笔者所在医院2010年6月～2011年12月妇产科发生尿潴留患者146例,随入院时间分为两组,观察组与对照组,各73例,观察组运用综合治疗,对照组选择诱导治疗。结果治疗4疗程后,观察组治愈35例,有效38例,总有效率为100.00%;对照组治愈24例,有效37例,无效12例,总有效率为83.56%,总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科尿潴留诱因较多,要从术前即开始预防。发生后,通过综合治疗全面缓解患者的心理负担及焦虑情绪,疗效满意。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive therapy for gynecology and obstetrics urinary retention clinical causes and treatment.Methods From June 2010 to December 2011,146 cases with urinary retention in the obstetrics and gynecology department were divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,73 cases each,with comprehensive treatment observation group,control group selection in induction therapy.Results Through 4 courses of treatment,the observation group,35 cases were cured,38 effective cases,the total effective rate was 100%;the control group,24 cases were cured,37 effective cases,12 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 83.56%,there were statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion There are many contributing factors of urinary retention in gynecology and obstetrics,we should prevent the problem before operation.If it really happened,we can use comprehensive treatment to release patient＇s psychological burden and anxiety,the effect is satisfied.
