牙周和正畸联合治疗牙周炎患者临床分析

Clinical analysis of combined periodontal and orthodontic treatment for periodontitis

目的探讨牙周和正畸联合治疗牙周炎的效果。方法选取笔者所在医院2008年1月～2010年12月收治的牙周和正畸联合治疗的牙周炎患者80例,进行回顾性分析,用统计学的方法比较患者在治疗前后一下指标的变化:菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数和探诊出血以及牙周探诊深度和平均附着丧失的变化,观察牙周和正畸联合治疗牙周炎的效果。结果患者在治疗前后以上指标除平均附着丧失无明显变化外,其余指标如菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、探诊出血、牙周探诊深度等变化显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周和正畸联合治疗牙周炎的效果显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of combined periodontal and orthodontic treatment for periodontitis.Methods A retrospectively analysis of 80 cases with periodontal and orthodontic treatment of periodontitis in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010.Using the methods of statistics to compare the index changes before and after treatment,including plaque index,gingiva ditch bleeding index,agent clinical bleeding,periodontal agent clinical depth,average loss of attachment changes,observed the effect of periodontal and orthodontic treatment of periodontitis.Results The patients in the above indicators before and after treatment in addition to average attachment loss（referred to as AL）,no significant changes in other indicators such as plaque index,sulcus bleeding index,bleeding on probing,probing depth changes significant difference（P 0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion The effect of periodontal and orthodontic treatment of periodontitis,is worthy of clinical use.
