摘要 以菜用大豆特选75毛豆为试验材料,研究Cd2+胁迫对菜用大豆生长与细胞保护酶系统的影响.结果表明:(1)与对照相比,Cd2+胁迫使供试菜用大豆出现不同程度的毒害症状,同时抑制地上部、地下部鲜重.(2)低浓度Cd2+胁迫激发细胞保护酶系统,SOD、POD和CAT活性随着Cd2+胁迫浓度的提高而上升,同时植株防护力度迅速增强;但保护酶系统的防护能力有限,胁迫浓度达到或超出保护酶的防护能力时,植株受害严重.(3)低浓度的Cd2+胁迫激发植株的细胞保护酶活性从而抑制MDA的产生,使MDA含量显著下降;而胁迫浓度较高时,细胞保护酶不足以抗衡Cd2+的毒害作用,MDA含量又快速上升. The vegetable soybean variety Texuan 75 was selected as experimental material to study the effects of heavy metal Cadmium(Cd) stress on the growth and protective enzyme systems.The results showed that:(1) Compared with control(without Cd),beans under different concentration Cd2+ stress demonstrated various degrees of poisoning symptoms,and had lower fresh weight of both under and above ground parts;(2) When stressed with Cd2+ concentration ≤1 mg·L-1,activities of soybean plant antioxidant system enzymes were stimulated,membrane lipid oxidation was inhibited,its SOD,POD and CAT activities increased with Cd concentration increasing to prontect the cell from being damaged to some degrees;(3) MDA content of plant decreased significantly comparing with the control due to activities of soybean plant antioxidant system enzymes being stimulated under Cd stress;while MDA content increased significantly when Cd2+ concentration attained 2 mg·L-1 due to exceeding ability of plant antioxidant system enzymes against oxidation,which in turn resulted in plants being seriously poisoned,a number of growth indicators such as plant fresh weight,leaf chlorophyll and root vigour decreased significantly.
