手术室设立专业组对提高手术室护理质量的临床研究

Clinical research of setting up professional group in operating room for improving the quality of nursing in operating room

目的通过设立专业组的方法来提高手术室的护理质量。方法采用问卷调查法,于分专业组前后分别请由不参与试验的麻醉医生发放根据笔者所在医院实际情况自制的调查卷各80份。调查分组前后手术室护理质量,交由相同的手术医生填写。各评价结果采用改良视觉模拟评分表进行评估。结果设立专业组后半年,外科医生对手术室护士在巡回护士物品、器械准备以及对患者体位的安置、洗手护士的手术步骤以及手术配合4个方面的满意率有较大提高(P<0.05)。而手术室护理人员工作态度,手术间的环境,巡回护士坚守工作岗位,仪器、设备的使用、保养方面前后变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论通过设立专业组可以短期内提高手术室护理人员的临床技能,但综合提高手术室的护理质量尚待深入进行。

Objective To investigate the establishment of the professional group in the operating room to improve the quality of nuring.Methods A questionnaire survey was investigated for professional groups before and after.80 homemade surveys based on our hospital issued by the anesthesiologist respectively who were not participating in the experiment to the same surgeon.Using the modified visual analogue scale assess the evaluation results.Results Six months after the establishment of a professional group,four aspects of satisfaction rate of circulating nurses items and equipment preparation and placement of the patient position,the scrub nurses knowledge of surgical procedures and cooperation in surgery had improved greatly （P0.05）.But working attitude of operating room nurses,the environment in the operating room,circulating nurses insistence on work in excessive quantities,apparatus and equipment of maintenance were not changed significantly （P 0.05）.Conclusion The short-term through the establishment of professional group can improve the clinical skills of operating room nurses,but improving the quality of care of the operating room needs to be further researched.
