摘要
目的探讨加味补心解毒汤治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将70例病毒性心肌炎患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规对症治疗;观察组在此治疗基础上采用加味补心解毒汤。结果观察组总有效率94.29%高于对照组总有效率74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味补心解毒汤治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效可靠。
Objective To expore the efficacy of treating viral myocarditis by Jiawei Buxin Jiedu decoction.Methods 70 patients with viral myocarditis were divided into observation group and control group.The control group adopted conventional therapy for symptomatic.On the basic,the observation group using Jiawei Buxin Jiedu decoction.Results The observation group total effective rate was 94.29% that was higher than the control group was 74.29%,the difference made statistic significance（P 0.05）.ConclusionJiawei Buxin Jiedu decoction treating viral myocarditis made a good effect.
