HPLC法测定盐酸二氧丙嗪片的含量

Content determination of dioxyprainethazine hydrochloride tablets by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定盐酸二氧丙嗪片含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,C18柱(46mm×200mm,5μm);流动相为醋酸盐缓冲液(取0.05mol/L的醋酸铵溶液1000mL,加三乙胺1mL,用醋酸调节pH值至6.5)-乙腈(75︰25);检测波长为258nm。结果盐酸二氧丙嗪在2.21～22.08μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.76%,RSD=0.52%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,专属性强,可作为盐酸二氧丙嗪片的含量测定方法。

Objective To establish a method to determine the content of dioxyprainethazine hydrochloride tablets.Methods HPLC instrument with C 18 chromatographic column（46 mm×200 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetate buffer solutions （with 0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate 1 000 mL,added triethylamine 1 mL,adjusted with acetic acid to pH 6.5）-acetonitrile （75 ︰ 25）.The wavelength for detection was 258 nm.Results The linear range of dioxyprainethazine hydrochloride was 2.21-22.08 μg/mL （r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.76%.RSD was 0.52%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and specific.It can be used as the quantitative determination of dioxyprainethazine hydrochloride Tablets.
