循证护理模式在腰椎全椎板切除术围手术期中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of evidence-based nursing mode in lumbar vertebra laminectomy perioperative period

目的探讨循证护理模式在腰椎全椎板切除术围手术期中的效果。方法选取2010年10月～2012年3月来医院进行腰椎全椎板切除术治疗的68例患者为观察对象,将其随机分为两组,观察组34例,采用循证护理模式进行护理;对照组34例,采用常规护理模式进行护理。统计分析及比较两组患者住院时间、并发症的发生率、满意度、治疗前后68例患者的HAMD及HAMA评分。结果观察组的住院时间、并发症发生率均低于对照组,满意度、治疗后的HAMD、HAMA评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理模式在腰椎全椎板切除术围手术期中的效果优于对照组,多数患者的综合效果都得以改善,是临床上值得推广的护理模式。

Objective The effect of evidence-based nursing mode in lumbar vertebra laminectomy perioperative period is discussed.Methods 68 patients who received a lumbar vertebra laminectomy in the first people＇s hospital of Huizhou from October 2010 to March 2012 were selected as observation objects,and also were randomly divided into two groups.In observation group （34 cases）,evidence-based nursing mode was applied;in control group （34 cases）,conventional nursing mode was used.The hospital stays,incidence of complications,satisfaction,and Hamilton depression rating scale and anxiety scale scores before and after treatment of 68 patients were statistically analyzed and compared.Results From the study,it was found that the hospital stays and complication incidences of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the satisfaction and HAMD and HAMA scores before and after treatment of the observation group were better than those of the control group.Therefore,these differences were of statistical significance （P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing mode in lumbar vertebra laminectomy perioperative period is better than that in the control group,and the integrated effects of most patients are improved.Therefore,evidence-based nursing mode is worthy to be popularized clinically.
