食道癌、贲门癌肠内营养的应用及护理

目的总结分析食道癌、贲门癌术后肠内营养的应用及护理要点。方法对115例食道癌、贲门癌患者术后分别采取肠内、肠外营养支持,并注意滴注速度,保持管道通畅及预防并发症发生,进行效果对比。结果早期采用肠内营养,能为患者提供必要的营养支持,同时有助于患者胃肠道功能早日恢复。结论食管癌、贲门癌术后早期肠内营养支持更符合生理,给药方便,有助于维持肠黏膜结构和屏障功能的完整性。

Objective To summarize and analyze the postoperative application and nursing key points of enteral nutrition esophagus cancer,cardiac carcinoma.Methods 115 cases of carcinoma of esophagus and cardia carcinoma postoperative patients respectively took intestinal,parenteral nutrition support comparison of effects,and paid attention to drip speed,kept pipeline unobstructed and prevention of complications.Results Early enteral nutrition could provide necessary nutrition support to patients.At the same time could help patients with gastrointestinal function will recover soon.Conclusion Early postoperative enteral nutrition support more accord with physiological of carcinoma of esophagus and cardia cancer;give medicine convenient,help maintain intestinal mucosa structure and the integrity of the barrier function.
