人文关怀,以人为本。人文关怀已在各领域得到了关注,尤其在医疗工作中,人文关怀更是必不可少。随着经济发展和社会进步,人文关怀在医疗护理工作中的作用日益突显。为了给予患者更好的照顾,笔者所在医院护理部重视人文关怀,通过加强人文护理理念,对相关人员进行培训,把人文关怀应用于日常工作中,重视心理关怀,使患者在和谐温暖的氛围中接受治疗,尽早康复。

Humance care,people-oriented.In all areas of concern especially in the medical work,the human care is essential.With economic development and social progress,the role of humane care is highlight growing in medical care.Hospital care department pay attention to humane care in order to give patients better care by strengthening the concept of humanistic care,training of relevant personnel,humane care in their daily work,attention to psychological care,and patient acceptance in a harmonious and warm atmospheretreatment,rehabilitationg as soon as possible.
