摘要
目的根据老年精神障碍患者的临床特点、伴随疾病症状及安全隐患进行风险评估,探讨如何有效地提高老年精神障碍患者住院期间的安全性。方法对笔者所在医院124例老年精神障碍患者进行临床护理评估、分析,根据病情进行护理分工。结果护理干预可有效提高老年精神障碍患者的护理安全性。结论护理风险评估,及时有效采取相应的护理干预措施,降低了护理风险的发生,确保护理安全。
Objective According to the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with mental disorders,with the symptoms of the disease and hidden trouble of safety risk assessment,this paper discusses how to effectively improve the mental disorders in elderly hospitalized during the safety.Methods 124 cases of elderly patients with mental disorders in clinical nursing assessment,analysis,according to the condition of nursing division.Results nursing intervention can effectively improve the mental disorders in elderly nursing safety.Conclusion the nursing risk assessment,timely and effective to take corresponding nursing intervention measures,reduce nursing risks,to ensure the safety of nursing care.
