Nursing and complications of peripheral vein pump into dopamine

目的总结90例经外周静脉泵入多巴胺不良反应的预防及护理体会。方法对2010年6月～2012年6月笔者所在科室90例经外周静脉泵入多巴胺治疗患者进行护理分析,观察并发症发生及治疗情况。结果 90例患者发生静脉炎7例,液体外渗5例,通过采取合理治疗护理措施后均痊愈。结论采取合理的护理措施能有效预防多巴胺静脉泵入并发症的发生,并有利于治疗。

Objective To summarize the prevention and nursing experience of 90 patients with peripheral vein pump into dopamine adverse reaction.Methods A nursing analysis of 90 patients with peripheral vein pump into dopaminergic therapies in the author＇s hospital from June 2010 to June 2012,observing complications and treatment situation.Results There were 7 cases of phlebitis and 5 cases of liquid leakage among the 90 cases,and all of them were healed by taking reasonable treatment after nursing measures.Conclusion Taking reasonable nursing measures can effectively prevent the dopamine vein pump into the occurrence of complications and is beneficial to the treatment of complications.
