中药清胰汤辅助治疗急性重症胰腺炎患者的护理体会

Nursing experience of the adjuvant therapy of traditional Chinese medicineQingyi soup in severe acute pancreatitis patients

目的通过使用中药清胰汤辅助治疗急性重症胰腺炎36例患者的护理,总结临床护理经验,提高对患者的护理质量,能有效的降低急性重症胰腺炎患者的死亡率,取得了良好的治疗效果。方法对2010年5月～2012年5月使用中药清胰汤进行辅助治疗的36例患者制定了详细的护理方案,认真落实护理措施,全面记录治疗与护理过程,并进行分析总结。结果 36例患者非手术治疗11例,结合手术治疗25例,其中4例死亡,放弃治疗2例,治愈或好转共30例。结论对于使用清胰汤辅助治疗急性重症胰腺炎的患者,通过加强对病程变化的监测,制定护理方案,认真落实各项护理措施,能有效提高治疗效果,降低患者死亡率,获得满意的康复效果。

Objective To summarize clinical nursing experience and improve the quality of patient care with application of Qingyi soup in 36 severe acute pancreatitis patients.Methods From May 2010 to May 2012,a detailed program of care was developed for those cases with the strict care measures and a comprehensive record of treatment and care process,the result was analyzed and summarized finally.Results 4 cases died,2 cases abandoned the treatment and 30 cases cued or improved in 36 cases,including non-surgical 11 cases and surgical 25 cases.Conclusion Through closely monitoring the course,development of care programs,the strict care measures,Qingyi soup can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the mortality and achieve a satisfactory rehabilitation.
