严重多发性创伤患者的护理效果观察

Nursing effects observation for severe multiple trauma patients

目的探讨对于严重多发性创伤患者的护理方法及临床疗效。方法将2009年1月～2012年1月笔者所在科室收治的120例严重多发性创伤患者随机分为两组,每组60例,观察组患者给予综合护理措施,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,比较两种护理措施的疗效。结果观察组60例患者死亡7例,死亡率为11.7%;对照组60例患者死亡19例,死亡率为31.7%,经不同护理措施后观察组患者护理满意度、护理人员操作熟练程度及书写规范性分别为97.2%、(93.2±5.7)分、(92.8±4.9)分明显高于对照组90.5%、(84.3±6.2)分、(83.5±5.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于严重多发性创伤患者采取综合护理措施,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods for the severe multiple trauma patients and its clinical effects.Methods 120 cases of severe multiple trauma patients in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into group,each group contained 60 cases.The observation group were given comprehensive nursing measures,and the control group were given routine nursing measures.The clinical effects of these two group were compared.Results In the 60 cases of observation group,7 cases died,with the death rate of 11.7%;while in the another 60 cases of control group,19 cases died,with the death rate of 31.7%.After different nursing measures,the patients satisfaction,nurses operating proficiency and writing specifications of the observation group were 97.2%,（93.2±5.7）,（92.8±4.9） respectively,obviously higher than 90.5%,（84.3±6.2）,（83.5±5.4） of the control group.The statistical analysis showed that there were significant difference between these two groups （P 0.05）,and nursing effects of observation group was better than those of control group.Conclusion To take comprehensive nursing measures for the severe multiple trauma patients,the curative effects are significant,which is worthy of application promotion.
