经皮内镜下胃造瘘术的护理

Care of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy

目的探讨经皮内镜下胃造瘘术的护理的有效方法。方法对于在2010年1月～2011年12月间来笔者所在医院进行皮内镜下胃造瘘手术的60例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例患者,对照组给予患者常规护理,实验组为患者加强饮食护理以及造瘘管的护理,以及为患者进行出院指导。对两组患者进行随访调查。结果所有患者手术均置管成功,患者的病情得到缓解,并且由于营养充足患者的身体素质有所提升,均无并发症发生。结论护理时细心,多方面注意,做好术前、手术时、术后全方面的准备,有利于经皮内镜下胃造瘘手术的患者早日康复,这种全面护理值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect care methods in percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy.Methods Selected 60 patients who had got percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy in author＇s hospital from January 2010 to December 2011,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each had 30 cases,the patients in the control group were given routine care,and the patients in the experimental group were given diet care and fistula care,also the patients in the experimental group got discharge instructions.The two groups both got follow-up survey.Results All the patients were successfully operated catheter,the patients＇ conditions had been alleviated,their physical fitness had been improved under nutritionally adequate,and had no complications.Conclusion Carefully preoperative,surgery and postoperative care is conducive to a speedy recovery after percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy,the comprehensive care is worth spreading for clinical.
