淀粉样前体蛋白调节神经干细胞增殖与分化的研究进展

摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种常见的脑退行性疾病,是导致老年前期和老年期痴呆的主要原因,其表现是进行性的记忆减退、认知障碍和人格改变。AD的主要病理学特征是在大脑海马区域和大脑皮层形成大量的老年斑(SP)和神经元纤维缠结(NFT)以及出现弥漫性脑萎缩。
