摘要
目的探讨健康教育对于糖尿病患者认知程度情况。方法分析笔者所在医院2型糖尿病患者80例临床资料,依据实施健康教育将其分为健康教育组40例和普通护理组40例。结果健康教育组遵医行为评估优于普通护理组,健康教育组治疗依从性评分均优于普通护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育应用于糖尿病患者不仅可以提高患者认知程度,同时可以提高患者临床治疗依从性。
Objective To approach DM cognitive level in health education.Methods To analyze 80 cases clinical data of type 2 DM patients,which were divided into health education group(40 cases)and general nursing group (40 cases).Results The compliance assessment of health education group were better than general nursing group,the treatment compliance score of health education group were better than general nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Application of health education in patients with diabetes can not only improve the patients' cognitive level,then improved patients clinical treatment compliance.
