可吸收螺丝钉治疗踝部骨折62例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on absorbable screw treating 62 cases of ankle fracture

目的分析可吸收螺丝钉治疗踝部骨折的临床效果。方法选择笔者所在医院2009年1月～2011年12月踝部骨折的患者,将使用可吸收螺丝钉治疗的62例作为治疗组,使用钛合金金属螺丝钉的55例作为对照组,对比观察两组的AOFAS评分。结果两组手术均成功,愈后功能的恢复有显著差异。治疗组中优29例,良27例,可5例,差1例;对照组中优16例,良14例,可18例,差7例。治疗组中的优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论可吸收螺丝钉对组织无刺激,对人体无毒副作用,对金属无腐蚀作用,可以免除二次手术的痛苦,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of absorbable screw on treating ankle fracture.Methods Ankle fracture patients in our hospital from Jan 2009 to Dec 2011 had been selected for this study;62 patients treated with absorbable screws were included in treatment group and 55 patients treated with titanium alloy screws were included in control group;AOFAS of the two groups were observed through comparison.Results All surgeries for the two groups were successfully performed,while with significant difference of prognosis functions between the two groups.Conclusion Absorbable screw is nonirritating to the issue,non-toxic to the human body and non-corrosive to metal materials,therefore,being able to avoid the unnecessary pain from second operation and worth for clinical use.
