新一代髓内钉InterTan治疗股骨近端骨折

Intramedullary nail InterTan in the treatment of proximal femoral fratures

目的探讨新一代髓内钉InterTan治疗股骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法使用髓内钉InterTan内固定治疗26例股骨近端骨折患者。结果 26例均获得随访,时间12～20个月,患者均逐渐恢复到骨折前行走状态。末次随访时Harris评分为65～93(78±4.2)分,其中优8例,良13例,中5例。末次随访时摄片:骨折线消失,内固定无松动,无髋内翻。结论新一代髓内钉InterTan治疗股骨近端骨折可取得良好疗效。

Objiective To discuss the the clinical effccts of intramedullary nail InterTan for proximal femoral trac- tures. Methods The inrtamedullary nail InterTan were used in the treatment in all 26 patients with proximal femoral fractures. Results All the patients were followed up for 12 - 20 months, all patients nearly restored the normal gait at the last follow-up. The mean Harris score at the final follow-up was 78 ±4. 2 scores（ranging 65 -93 scores ） ,including 8 cases of excellent,13 good,5 fair. In the last follow-up, fracture line disappeared. No internal fixation failure or caxa vara were found. Conlusions The new intramedullary nail InterTan can be used to treat proximal femoral fractures and good clinical outcomes were achieved.
