肥胖哮喘儿童的管理 被引量：5

摘要 哮喘是儿童时期最常见的慢性呼吸道疾病，目前认为哮喘是一种持续性气道炎症性疾病，可能是系统性炎症的局部表现。观察性研究提示，体内的不同激素都可能影响哮喘的炎症状态，并决定哮喘的进程。同时认识到肥胖在代谢综合征的发生中起了一个主要的作用，并且发现肥胖是如2型糖尿病等慢性炎症性疾病的一个重要危险因素。
