自由基在慢性肾功能衰竭中的研究

摘要 研究结果表明,慢性肾功能衰竭患者血浆及红细胞膜的脂质过氧化物含量升高,全血SOD含量下降,血浆Cu升高,Zn下降,红细胞膜脂流动性降低。提示,肾性肾衰患者体内对自由基的防御功能可能减弱,过量的自由基引起脂质过氧化损伤,改变了细胞膜的结构与功能,致使代谢紊乱。 In this study lipid peroxide level of plasma and erythrocyte membrane, the contents of whole blood superoxide dismutase and the concentrations or Copper, Zinc, and Iron in plasma, erythrocyte membrane fluidity were investigated in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). In comparison with healthy subjects, the level of lipid peroxide in plasma and erythrocyte membrane were significantly higher (P<0.001 and P<0.05). The contents of the whole blood superoxide dismutase were significantly lower in the patient with CRF (P<0.001). The concentrations of plasma copper increased (P<0.05) and the concentrations of plasma zinc decreased (P<0.01), but plasma Iron was normal in the patient with CRF. We found that elevations of lipid peroxide in erythrocyte membrane are closely related to the change in erythrovyte membrane fluidity.
