Research and Exploration of Career Planning Subject in Vocational Colleges

职业生涯规划课程是高等院校大学生职业规划与就业指导课程体系的一个重要组成部分。针对目前高职院校职业生涯规划课程建设中存在的问题,从课程的性质、目标、定位以及教学内容、教学方式、考核手段等方面展开探讨,以更好地发挥其在高职学生学习、创业就业以及对未来职业规划中的功能和效用。

Career planning subject is an important part of career planning and employment guidance curricu- lum in vocational colleges. Faced with the current problems in the construction of career planning subject, this paper carries out discussions from the aspects of subject, target and orientation, teaching content, teaching methods, and assessment methods to identify its functions and effects in practical teaching process and provide references for other vocational colleges.
